Thank you for your interest in becoming a Natural Family Planning (NFP) Instructor in the Catholic Diocese of Richmond!

Please complete this information survey so that we can provide it to the Diocesan NFP Coordinator and your pastor.

Note that this application asks for 3 letters of reference: a letter of reference from your pastor, a professional reference, and a personal reference (or two personal references if a professional reference is unavailable). Please have these ready before beginning your application.
